Program description: Applicants, employees, current clients and potential clients may receive text messages from Integrated Human Resources, Inc.’s cell number to obtain first and last name, physical address, email address or company name, to schedule or confirm appointments, and to confirm receipt of information previously supplied via email.

Frequency: Applicants will receive text messages only in relation to your onboarding or as needed to contact you if you do not respond to our email or telephone requests for additional information. Current and potential clients and current employees will initially be contacted via email but may receive text messages to confirm scheduled appointments. Appointment reminders are not an automated service, so clients, potential clients, and current employees will be contacted only on an as-needed basis.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by emailing Integrated Human Resources, Inc. at hrteam@integratedhrteam.com, stating “I do not wish to receive text messages” and giving your full name and phone number or by responding to our text messages, stating “Stop Text Messaging” and providing your full name. If you wish to again begin receiving text messages, please email hrteam@integratedhrteam.com stating you would like to receive text messages, and our office will update your contact information.

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
