Laurie’s two-fold perspective toward successful HR support stems from her well-balanced background in business management and human resources administration.  She is a professional, amicable business person that executes a no-nonsense, brass-tacks approach to human resources, to ‘get-it-done’ for clients. Her hand-picked professional team executes top-notch services for clients across the U.S.

Laurie’s solid foundation and insight into “the business of businesses” began with earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from American University.  Upon founding Integrated and working with clients in a wide range of industries, she created a series of business-based human resource processes that differentiated the firm as one that keenly understands and addresses “the business of human resources.”

Laurie earns her clients’ trust and gratitude as she walks them through vital HR processes designed to enhance their business.  These proven processes enable Laurie or any member of the Integrated Human Resources team to help clients to develop a streamlined approach to their human resource compliance and management challenges.

Laurie has served on the Government Affairs Committee of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and The Advisory Board of the Employer Services Assurance Corporation. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C. and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as the designation and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. She has gained her experience in both large and small companies and has worked with Organizations to set “best practice” standards for human resource departments throughout the country.

Laurie is a highly rated speaker on a variety of human resources and business topics for many trade associations, the Small Business Administration, Industry Associations, Chambers of Commerce, and various non-profit organizations.
